This review is left by my 9-year-old daughter: the smoothie drinking strawberry with boba is satisfactory! only 4 stars since its always cold and when I drink it, the boba is somehow frozen.

Says online they close at 9pm, but apparently close them at 7:58PM. both girls behind the counter were very rude to me when I expressed that for them. That's good, I'm just not going to come back. the one blonde girl literally talked to me when I left, she saw as if she went out of her to escalate quickly. very strange and clean.

I had a bad experience with customer service at this restaurant twice while dining with my young daughters. My four-year-old accidentally spilled her cup with a little bit of ice while serving herself. When I went to check out, I noticed that I was charged $15 for two cups of froyo. I inquired about the high charge, as the menu stated it should be less. The staff member replied rudely that they had to include the charge for the dropped cup. I would have been more understanding if they had informed me politely, but it seemed like they were trying to sneak in the extra charge without my knowledge.

I am not big on frozen yogurt, but everyone liked there yogurt. pricey. their purchase amount is determined by weight, so they pay for the container. if you have a five-star account, you will get a 10% discount. I had a cookie and cream while my son vanilla and chocolate had. I added both chocolate chips. my friend had a sortiment of all aromen. they also serve yogurt as a drink. face masks and their hands are needed for a purchase. they are served by donators who are further inside. lol

Upon entering the restaurant, I was met with extremely rude staff. As a true boba tea enthusiast visiting for the first time, I was excited to order. However, I was informed that the tea machine would not be ready for another 20 minutes. Although I understood the situation, the staff member's response was quite dismissive and impolite. The overall customer service experience was disappointing.
