Bacci's North End Pizzeria - Saugus

We used to order here often for takeout and delivery. The food is good so we put up with poor service until it was no longer tolerable. The owner is possibly the rudest we?ve ever encountered, and that?s on a good day. We choose to support the many other shop owners out there who treat their customers with common courtesy and respect.

Horrible customer service. Was screamed and cursed at for them delivering wrong food on order. Owner was cursing at people and employees. Very Horrible place to order from. No respect for people. Will threaten to call police if you call about wrong order. Employees should turn owner into labor board for the harassment and treatment he gives the. Someone definitely needs to investigate this business from the labor board!

If it was possible to give less than one star I would give negative 5. Placed an order online and almost an hour later they called to tell us they didn?t have the product and do we want to cancel the rest of the order, we did. A week later I still have not been credited the charge so I call. He tells me they don?t cancel online orders (even though it?s their website). I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Argued with him a little, he told me to deal with it and hung up.

I ordered a delivery when it arrived cheese on the pizza was burnt and cold where it took an hour for delivery. I called to let them know if I can get a new pizza. Spoke with the owner and he said I always have a complaint. I never complained prior to this was extremely confused.He was extremely rude and raising his voice. I was furious and informed him I would be bringing back his burnt pizza for a refund. When I arrived he was even more rude. I will never return.worst customer experience I have ever had especially being in the restaurant business myself

Without a doubt, they serve the best pizza in the area! The staff is incredibly friendly, and it's convenient to have the restaurant right next door—there's no need to step outside!
