My wife and I found this place on a suggestion of our BNB host Salvatore who was a great help in getting us into the village and town of Sassetta , WOW ! What a step back in time, the incredible work that was indured , absolutely incredible !!! And our friends at Maria Pia that were so welcoming and helpful we LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH , thank you !!! Is there a way you can send us some of your incredible spinach and cheese Ravioli ???

We stopped here spontaneously on a motorcycle tour this afternoon and hadn't paid any attention to the reviews. Luckily, I have to say. The food was very tasty, especially the bruscetta (crusty bread, fresh tomatoes, delicious olive oil and some garlic, just perfect) and the pasta arrabbiata were also very tasty. The coffee was also very good. The service was also perfect. We would definitely come back to eat if we were staying nearby. Service: Dine in

We went to this pizzeria on the first evening full of anticipation. Unfortunately, we didn't read the reviews beforehand, so our selection would have been different. We came to the pizzeria at 7:00 p.m. and the hosts were having dinner. Then they first had to prepare the dining room so that we had a table. Since the selection of pizzas was varied, we forgot the previous faux pas. For starters we had a mixed cold cuts plate and bruschetta. The bruschetta was swimming in oil. Afterwards we were served what we thought were frozen pizzas. The pizza base was badly burnt and looked more like a filled crepe. Likewise, not everyone at the table could eat at the same time, the waiting time was just under 7 minutes. The mineral water we ordered (label marked Conad) was the cheap house brand from the Conad supermarket, which sells for €0.18/0.5L, but was sold to us for €1. Overall, we felt like we were being taken for a ride. Unfortunately, according to the system you have to set at least 1 star, we would have given 0.
