Hong Kong Closed - SASSARI

The first thing I noticed when we walked in was bad smell . The only reason we set there were some good reviews on this site. Well, that was missleading. We order from menu noodles with pork and vegetables and spaghetti with chicken and vegetables. Spaghetti for my husband came first and then came the pause before other meal arrived. Since the waitress didn't tell us much (she was kind of unpleasant and at the table there was only one small portion of the pasta with very small amount of other food scattered, we were wondering if this was some kind of complementary pre dish : Should we start eating or not? But then came my meal and we realised this was what we ordered. Unlike spaghetti, noodles were totally without taste. Similarity was poor amount of meat and vegetables. I mean, any shopping mall Chinese food is way better than this. I've been in Chinese fast food restaurants where in addition to main dish, when I ordered the noodles, they were just spiced with same quantity of vegetables. And this is supposed to be some kind of restaurant. It's ridiculous

After traveling for a while, I was looking for some proper Chinese food. HONG KONG is really a surprise for me. The manager is super friendly and the food is super fresh and typical. I ordered Tofu and they run out of stock. The manager even ask the staff to buy for me, which made me really moved! Overall, if you look for some proper Chinese food, this is definitely the right choice!

Went for the buffet option and was pleasantly surprised. Half expected food that had been left sitting for hours! Our timing must have been good as they were just putting out new dishes as we entered so everything was fresh. Good choice of dishes including sushi, all very tasty. Friendly service, clean restaurant and good selection. Unadventurous locals are missing out!
