Schryer's Smoked Bbq - Saskatoon

I’ve eaten here twice when traveling to Saskatoon for appointments. I told the owner I was celiac and he told me what items were gluten free and would be safe for me to eat, I was very happy with my meal both times. Both times I had chicken fingers and poutine with smoked cheese my meal was delicious, there is lots to choose from on the menu but it was so nice to have fries, poutine and chicken fingers for a change.

Dedicated fryer for GF foods I had the fried chicken on a GF bun and poutine, it was amazing!! The staff were knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I’m beyond thrilled there is a place like this Saskatoon.

I believe that after speaking to the owners that they are very familiar with celiac disease, one of them may possible suffer. GF gravy and salad dressing and BBQ sauce. GF fries. Nothing I’ve ever ordered has not been GF, possible the entire menu caters to GF. Quick, friendly service.

Lots of options, almost the entire menu can be done gluten free. They are very safe. Amazing BBQ. Ribs, fries, poutine, salads, pulled pork, gravy, many sauce varieties. The food is excellent and the helpings are big!

10/10. Runs the business himself, doesn’t want to stray away from GF options, only like 3 sauces aren’t GF, everything else is safe to eat!
