Scarlet Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon

I had the most amazing experience at Carver's! I bought a new wedding ring for my husband and wanted to present it to him in a cute way, and the restaurant team was super accommodating. I got to bring in my own wine (for a fee, which was no big deal), they gave us a private space and lit up some candles, and they played my requested song after dinner. The food and service were just perfect! I can't say enough good things about this place, hopefully we can come back.

Steak was burnt on the outside. The Caesar salad dressing is no where near it was before. Server was awesome and took care of the problem. But the food was so average and not worth the price.

Great steaks. Server was excellent. We miss the old Caesar salad of years past when it was made at your table.

Quality nowhere near the we paid. Lamb chops had thick chunks of fat which weren’t trimmed. Tender cook and well flavoured but amount of fat off-putting. Short ribs tough and completely lacking seasoning. Filet cooked beautifully but again a lack of seasoning. Burger ordered medium-well had bright pink sections in it (definitely more medium-rare). Steak bite appetizer was a few chunks of tough meat soaked in oil. Scallops and lobster raviolo delicious. A larger party was seated shortly after we arrived and we couldn’t even hear each other speak as it was so loud. Overall nowhere near the experience we would have had here 10 years ago.

Food was pretty bland. Nothing terribly interesting on menu. Was extremely disappointed that men were wearing jeans and ball hats in restaurant , its supposed to be upscale but allowing clients to dress like they were at A&W was just sad
