Santa Lucia Pizza – Saskatoon 22nd Street

Are you here twice, say the commercials? I cannot begin to describe my monumental disappointment with the lack there. It tasted like a Walmart frozen pizza, which on the back of the freezer for a month. It's not about the sauce.

Friendly staff...fresh made pizza. Taste was....okayish. Wee bit expensive

The reason for my lowest score possible, reflects telephone communication. Had the phone call to place an order went smoothly. The order would fees my family ages 11 to 73 , I am truly at a loss. I have not tasted Santa Lucia Pizza, I heard the tv,radio advertisements and was super excited to order here. Finally. I've been reading feedback on here. The answer seems to be, talk to the manager. My thoughts are , why isn't the manager answering phones and making orders and packing utensils.

Pizza was under cooked, cheese wasn?t melted in the middle. Cheese was not browned in any way. And it was cold by the time I got it. Assuming it was once hot. Once I broiled it myself it was decent. Order came right when they said it would. Dry ribs were good. Hopefully someone just had an off night. I did not talk to a manager. By they time I got the food I just wanted to eat and go to bed. If you would like I can gladly call and talk to a manager? I am not trying to get anything, just trying to give constructive criticism.

The young man that assisted us last night was very courteous and patient as we placed our order. Never been to this pizza place but I'm definitely loving it already. The crust wasn't oily like most places and it was nice and crisp but still soft. We got the Healthy Choice and the Montenegro, and Healthy Choice was a must! Parking is quite horrible and the area they are located is a bit shady, so that's a downside.
