Ordered the homemade ricotta on ciabatta for appetizer. Nice light airy textured ricotta and delicious bread. However I did I found it lacking in seasoning. My wife ordered the butternut squash tortellini. It was luscious. I ordered the Pappardelle with lamb ragu. Well prepared and slightly Al dente. However I had an issue with what may have been some very hard pangrattato. I was uncomfortable trying to bite down on them as they felt too hard. If it wasn't the pangrattato I'm not sure what it was. For dessert we had the dark chocolate budino with salted caramel, toasted slivered almonds and fresh thyme. Flavour bomb. Overall an enjoyable dinner.
