Holy! I have never had such an amazing experience ordering a burger! Friendly staff, great atmosphere, beer with my food? Heck yeah! I had the veggie burger and it was hands down the best burger I’ve had in my entire life, and I’ve tried a lot of burgers.

I called ahead and asked if they had gluten free buns and they said they had, but when I arrived they said they didn’t have any. The alternative was salad and they wrapped my undercooked burger in a giant chonk of unrinsed lettuce. Inedible and I was super disappointed.I think they need to train their workers better.Dietary restrictions: They are no good at dietary restrictions

Ace is one of my favorite burger places to visit. The food is fantastic, and the staff is great. It is a wonderful place to visit and get a great burger.

This is one of those places where I'm very torn when it comes to coming here. The food is always really good. Doesn't matter if it's a hot dog, fries, chicken burger, poutine, whatever. Never had any issue with the quality of food. Wish the serving sizes were bigger however because it really is quite good!However: the service staff are some of the most unfriendly, unwelcoming people I've ever dealt with. You feel like your being ignored even while you're ordering. No friendly greeting. No positive communication. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when I placed my order.And the inside of the restaurant is so loud that even with only a few people you basically have to yell at the people you're with.So in short: great food, but not enough of it. But the service and atmosphere are less then ideal.
