I have been longing to find a place that would give me one of the best Irani Chai's delivered at home.<br/ <br/ Alas! I have found it.<br/ <br/ Special mention for their Haleem this year. The ones that are in the black tubs (packed in advance for delivery) avoid them. If you're having it there you would love it.<br/ <br/ Don't have pictures but will get them the next time.
