I recently discovered Coccole di Grano, I recommend it for several reasons that list: 1 I was infected by the enthusiasm and love of your own work of the owners; 2 have a good choice of excellent fresh pasta; cooked keeps cooking and absorbs well the sauce, really good; 3 they need to increase their work in order to invest in machinery like the browser and the machine to produce a greater number of proposals of stuffed pasta that are certainly good view The love for the raw material and the product proposed together with an extreme kindness make this small workshop a really advisable destination, which I have already done in my circle of friends passionate about good food, The fifth star will give you when I can taste the next tortellini (we hope soon!
A small artisan workshop with the possibility of having lunch and tasting every day different dishes, managed by two beautiful and helpful people. Their products always fresh and quality are prepared with love. Excellent quality and price ratio.
It was what we were looking for!, my fiancé and I stayed today at lunch in this little ten-covered little place. It is a spartan place, the excellent compromise between the restaurant and the focaccia from the prestinaio to eat well sitting at the table. There is fresh pasta exposed and chosen between amatriciana, gricia, carbonara and other sauces to dress. The dishes arrived beautiful loaded with sauce, perhaps a pinch too salty but really studs!. Total 14€ in two including a can of Duff. It would take more places like this! Bravo!
