Subway - Saratoga Springs

Very, very, very bad customer service at this location....no one was at the counter.

The footling pretzels are absolutely atrocious! They are nothing like the other ones. They taste like paper. Gross

This place sucks! Customer service is awful! Can you stop hiring teenagers and then leave them there with no supervision to do whatever the hell they want. Both Subways in Saratoga Springs are a joke!

While I typically have a decent experience at subway, one of the workers at this location could use some customer service training. The service I received and witnessed was unfriendly, sharp, and immature. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I hope this is helpful to the management of this store. Unfortunately this experience made me not want to come back.
