Starbucks - Saratoga Springs

I ordered a bacon sandwich and the sticker on the bag says bacon sandwich and when I got home, it was a sausage sandwich. Lesson learned: don't rely on the sticker on the bag either.

I have the best experience here every time I go. The staff is always so nice like today Matt was so friendly and just went above and beyond and you can really tell they care about the job and doing it well. Probably the best Starbucks I’ve been too and it tastes the best too!

I don’t love Starbucks’ beans (over-roasted) but we still come here pretty often and are treated well by most of the staff. Drinks are always out fast and usually as ordered. The vibe and appearance of some of the staff members is a little off-putting, but that’s the trend these days, I guess.

They do a decent job. They used to be on point with their pink drinks but as of late have repeatedly missed the mark. The tea to milk ratio is incorrect. Too much tea and not mixed very well.

Honestly this location has been top tier for me in comparison to surrounding starbucks. They aren't out of stock of everything, they are clean, and the employees are nice. They don't close early with no notice and they pick up the phone. Anytime there has been a mistake they fix it quickly and for free. I come here almost everyday and have a good experience always.
