I have visited this restaurant multiple times when I visit my family in Eagle Mountain. The food and drinks have been consistently good, and the customer service has always been courteous. However, I am finding myself less inclined to choose this location for coffee/snacks in the future due to the unusually long wait times in the drive-thru. Despite visiting at different times of day and levels of busyness, the wait is consistently long, even when I am the only one in line. Although the staff is friendly and the food and drinks are tasty and reasonably priced, the service time is longer than expected. It is surprising that they haven't made improvements considering how long they have been open. Another odd detail is that they hand out a large clipboard for card payments in the drive-thru, which seems outdated. Overall, the staff is friendly, the food is good, but the wait times in the drive-thru may deter me from returning in the future. Waste of my money! I ordered cold brew with white mocha and cold foam, handed it to me with no cold foam. I told them it was supposed to have cold foam, she told me she ‘forgot’. It also doesn’t have anything in it so I guess she forgot about that too. So you charged me for the extras I didn’t get! I did not order anything complicated, so I don’t understand how you mess that up! Then to get home and the sandwich I ordered was wrong too and had meat. So that was forgotten also. Took everything back and left my name and phone number to get a refund because those working couldn’t do it. So let’s see if they don’t forget that too! The service at this restaurant is very slow. Waiting 5 minutes for a coffee is too long, and the staff are not very pleasant. It is a take-out establishment offering other meal options. The average price per person is between $1 and $10. The food quality is rated a 3, while the service is rated a 1 and the atmosphere a 3.
