I just received my baja chicken wrap an the rice is hard the chicken is undercooked an it was cold. I’m livid
Usually trop is a hit or miss for me but the lady working made the best one yet!!! I forgot to get her name but she deserves credit for her hard work

The bathroom at this restaurant is absolutely filthy. There are no towels available, so everyone has to put their hands on the sink and hold it to wash their hands, essentially recontaminating themselves. It's like a breeding ground for germs.
