Hibachi Express - Saraland

Steak and shrimp were hard/rubbery because overcooked. The staff was indifferent to customer requests.

Food was okay, table was sticky and the floors could use a good cleaning, sure was not the cleanest I was,

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place was the worst Asian food I've ever had. Now I authorized me to move from the Bay Area, CA, but this food was just so bad. The chicken was so dry and the fried rice? was simply brown rice. The food had no taste, I was disappointed.

I've been here several times in recent years. The food is always good and the staff is always friendly. No complaints!

Really great restaurant ?! Food was cooked fresh to order, and was perfectly seasoned and delicious! Will be a regular fine out experience whenever I'm in the area! Shrimp Yakisoba bowl is HIGHLY recommended!
