Hart's Fried Chicken - Saraland

Wait over 45 minutes after the order, no chicken. No excuse is good enough. There are 7 people working here, and no one can freeze the chicken in a timely manner. Something's very wrong here. I'm not back.

The chicken was great. The DID gets the order wrong after I repeat it three times. It happens that they were busy, but it was a grief to get home with few rolls and feet.

Food was good , it's was better when I was a kid. But the chicken tenders and seafood plate is unmatched.

The chicken and food is great but its almost not worth the effort. Customer service is horrible and waiting 45 minutes to a hour for a 2 person order is just not fun. That's my the only reason for a 2 star rating.

I've literally waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes at 7:20 on a Wednesday. They told the person in front of me to please hold. Served two orders and still haven't spoken again. I don't even know how the food is because the service is so terrible.
