The best new restaurant in town. The food is creative and excellently prepared, always fresh and therefore often seasonal. The staff is fun and helpful. The cook is a personality. Good. I was there several times and my favorite is octopus melts in your mouth soft. Must try. Second favorite fresh made cheese ravioli. De. Lish.

Special thanks to the entire team in diocronomy. The restaurant is a beautiful location in the corner of one of the quietest neighborhoods in Sarajevo . The reception was personal and extremely friendly Chief Vedran.. The food was one of the best meals we ever had. Each portion was a culinary experience. We were in many restaurants in the world that cannot meet this quality, professionalism and environment. This restaurant deserves a star from my point of view. We took the complete tasting menu. This was an exquisite culinary experience that triggered all tasting feelings. The service was perfect, professional and yet so personal that we felt comfortable, relaxed and pampered. The gypsy was extremely knowledgeable, but uncomplicated and cheerful. We felt very happy to spend tonight under this great crowd

Bistronomie is one of the best restaurants in Sarajevo. Chef Vedran is very friendly and you feel like you at home. He serves you yourself and you have a pleasant chat with him. He prepares local dishes with his creative touch so that you both try a local dish with the feeling of a new taste. I highly recommend this cozy place.

Had a very nice evening with friends. The food was fantastic! The unique character of the cook translates well into the dishes he serves. The menu is seasonal and not set. If you're lucky, you might have an amazing one. Vegetarians and vegans are welcome, with Thursday Specials. All in all, loved it!

The staff is very warm. Me and my friends felt very welcome. Food is excellent. I ate the best beef in town. Also deserts were delicious. I ate an adaption of cheese cake and sorbet of local red fruits was really a sorbet! What more I can say: I plan to back there many. many times.
