Tradição de mais de 50 anos no Bairro Bexiga. A melhor Fogazza de Brasil.... Conheci o Sr. Gianotti, fundador da casa cinquentenária.....uma figura admirável,...filhos de italianos e que conta histórias fantásticas na mesa dos clientes..... é só puxar assunto e ele como legítimo e quase Italiano derrama conversa e histórias de sua trajetória de vida no Bexiga....!! Já foi entrevistado por Silvio Santos, tem documentários de sua vida no You Tube..... Lugar pequeno, simples mas de um coração gigante.... A Fogazza é Maravilhosa.....típica Italiana de verdade.....!!! Vale a pena conhecer e saborear as fogazzas e as conversas com o Sr.Gianott
Oh my! if you ever have to know what a paulistano means, this is definitiw one of the places to go. The fogazza is best (might be a little salty for mild taste,) beer is served on cold glasses and goes brilliantly well along the dishes. it could be a little overcrowded due to the quality/price ratio. the menu does not offer a great variety, but in contrast to it can sound, is a good thing: everything she will order is least good. the building front can be a little difficult to find, and the road can be quite anxious in the night, but oh, my, it is so worth it!
Best gnocchi ever. all other options on the menu are also great. for gnocchi, they come on the 29th every month.
Awesome eating !10/10 not many places actually earn a 5-star review on google maps. but if you want, tradition, quality, family owners small businesses with and actually cultural worth on the city history they come to the right cantina. it is fresh, it is cool, it is the old school and at the same time before the time they know. fogazzas are a classic and one must if they ever visit the cantina, they can ingredients like pepperoni with mozzarella or provolone cheese, calabresa (a kind of sausage) with cheese, huhn and many other ingredients to mix to fit their taste better, every 29th. each month they serve nhoque, but they also serve other plates and entries to choose. the onwer is brilliant, the place is beautiful and one must do if they ever have a trip to an annoy that has gone almost forever, this place will do. long live giannotti
