Restaurante Trapiche

We went to Trapiche based on TripAdvisor reviews and we were very happy that we found this great restaurant. We sat at the front table at a hot Friday night. They had no AC, but there were fans who blow, so... it was very comfortable. We ordered two dishes: grilled shrimps with grilled bass (Robalo), salad, rice and frits (R$74). The second dish (our favorite) was a combination of grilled seafood plate with a good lobster tail, octopus, bass fish (robalo) and shrimp, also with salad and rice. (R. 87). The seafood was perfectly cooked and the portions were large. The grilled seafood combo was so great that we came back for lunch the next day and we had the grilled seafood combo. Service was great and the food was delicious. For the USA these prices are a bargain for seafood. The accounts for two persons with juice and two beers were R$213.40 (USD$43). I recommend Trapiche to all visitors of São Miguel do Gostoso. There are very few lunch options and you will not find a better lunch. Trapiche is open every day from 11 am to 10 pm, only closed on Wednesday.

Quando fui estava vazio. A comida é até boa, mas nada surpreendente. O preço é bem em conta. Mas há opções melhores na cidade. Dispensável.

Soggiornando a S.Miguel do Gostoso, abbiamo sempre cenato nel nostro albergo, un pomeriggio verso le 16, siamo andati in paese e volevamo mangiare. Era tutto chiuso, aprono verso le 19. Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato questo ristorante che è churrascheria con carne alla brace, pesce e altri piatti tipici. Il posto molto semplice però pulitissimoAbbiamo ordinato 2 porzioni di filetto alla griglia che era accompagnato da risotto agli spinaci e carote lesse, buonoI gestori gentilissimi e simpatici. Picanha favolosa, aragosta da sogno, pulito e padrone gentile e disponibile. Una vera sorpresa. Anche il pesce fantastico. Ci siamo stati 3 sere di fila.
