I've always been a fan of Paulistana's pizza and service. But today they outdid themselves. I ordered an all-you-can-eat pizza and a beer, while my daughter was at the mall's playground. They called me to come and pick her up because she was crying. I went back to the pizzeria and she didn't calm down, she has Autism, and was crying in the middle of a crisis. As a result, I asked to close the account and insisted on paying for the excellent service. In short, empathy is everything, they didn't let me pay because they saw that I had to interrupt my dinner, even though I was very insistent on paying!!! How can you not become a fan of a pizzeria like this? I make a point of coming back several times and recommending even more!!!!
