Both Strong Rains and Damai Beach do not provide room service.

First impressions mean everything, it was hot and no fans, felt a little run down. Staff very friendly and helped as much as they could. The food was very nice, Pineapple Rice.. was yumm. It’s not 5star but is nice enough in the middle of nowhere.

Well stocked bar, epic tunes, beautiful location, friendly staff. . .what more could you want? Arthur was a perfect host, he made our night. . .LANGKAU. . .OOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAA!! Cheers from Ireland

We had a reservation but there were no tables available when we arrived. We waited for half an hour before our orders were taken, and the staff did not even acknowledge our request to order. Overall, it was a bad experience and the ground personnel were not friendly. There is definitely room for improvement!
