Well, usually clean. Do not take a debit/credit card and it can be an inconvenience, but they are usually nice.

Wow my country has this nice cabañas if ur looking for a one night on this is the place enjoy the disco lights and the jacuzzi.

Nice place but almost all the rooms were really dirty and the employees refused to clean even one of them for me. I had to choose a room I didn't like since I couldn't go elsewhere due to the curfew at 5pm that was approaching on that Sunday August 9, 2020.

No hot water, and the night workers make too much noise
