Bamban Sushi - Santo Domingo

The mix of ingredients, for traditional and/or dominicanized sushi, it is simply fantastic. Prices are not high and the place is very comfortable. Pretty cool. Love it

The food was delicious, the concept was great, and the prices were good! Our server was extremely friendly and attentive, the food came out promptly, and the atmosphere was charming. We will definitely be returning.

As always, I decided to try the new sushi bowl today and it was absolutely delicious. It's priced at 30 pesos per ounce.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday, June 25, 2022. It offers a unique concept for a sushi restaurant where you can choose your own ingredients to create a sushi roll or sushi bowl. While it may not be considered traditional or authentic sushi, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The owner/manager was very attentive and explained the concept well. The only downside was that they only served sushi rolls, not traditional sushi. I gave it 4 stars for this reason.
