Bidra med feedbackTry to avoid this resturant because it takes cca 1.5h for a starter. The resturant is empty and the kitchen is slow. We do not understand what it would take in a peak seassion when there is a lot of guests on the street. The service is fine, but it takes tòoooooooooooo long for a basic pizza.
The worst service on the Island ; we arrived and sat down at a table that was not cleared, this was the same for all empty tables. Having waited 15 minutes the waitress came over and took our order; I had to ask for the table to be cleared and for the table to be sanitized. The waitress walked past our table and announced to the other tables that we had asked her to sanitize the table as if it we where being unreasonable. When the waitress came back to the table I asked if the comment was directed to me and she said “yes, I am on my own and you shouldn’t have just sat down”. She continued to be aggressive so we decided to leave. To confirm the cafe had 10 people over 5 tables , so not entirely rushed off her feet, more of I can be bothered attitude ! We are now sat in the square with the most fabulous Spanish waiter running 24 tables on his own that are all clean, sanitized and welcoming !
Disappointed with scones served. We asked for jam and cream with them but was not expecting them to come complete with butter jam and cream on rather than on the side for us to use as wanted. Unfortunately this resulted in too much jam being on and cream which I wouldn’t have used as it tasted synthetic. So ended up scraping most of it off. Sadly the food was disappointing. The service was good however and prices were good
Sweet little place with great service, frosty beers tasty inexpensive casual food. Run by husband wife team well worth stopping by! My husband had the 1 2lb cheese burger I had the spicy bean veggie burger both very good!
We normally visit Los Gigantes in February and are desperate for some Tenerife sunshine. We have often walked past Ocean Drive cafe but not stopped because the tables are all in the shade. This most recent holiday was out of season for us and during a calima so we spent much of the time running for shade. And so glad that we dived into Ocean Drive for some respite from the 33° temperature. Claire worked the terrace beautifully, both locals and tourists were well looked after and the service was speedy and with a smile. Lovely bacon and sausage sandwiches and the full English looked great too. They are happy to accommodate any variation to the menu that you request too. The draft local beer passed my husband's approval as did my rose wine and he also enjoyed the large hot latte. The smoothies were very popular too as were the afternoon cakes and scones. Can't believe after all these years visiting this area that we have passed by but that most certainly will not be the case on subsequent visits. Excellent service and value and look forward to visiting again in the future.
