Espressate Vegan - Santiago de Surco

I went to the restaurant and ordered a burger and cake to go. The cashier ran my credit card twice. For the second time, an empty piece of paper came from the Visa machine, she told me that the transaction did not go through and she intended to pass the card for a third time, I checked my credit card statement online on my phone and I was already charged for this transaction, the bank the transaction as processing. I showed this to the cashier, but she insisted that it was not, and call the owner. I talked to him by phone call and told him I can send the evidence that the transaction went through. He gave me no solution to this situation and told the cashier not to give me my order. I called him several times, he didn't take off. 3 days later I checked my bank and the fee from this restaurant was posted. I contacted her about whatsapp to reimburse the prosecution, but they did not make excuses for the unpleasant situation. I paid for my order they refused.

I had a bowl and a homemade snickers and the food was amazing. It was so delicious and not fat at all. The vegetables were super fresh and everything was great. I can definitely recommend visiting this place if you are vegan / vegetarian.

This review is for the espressate vegan in Jockey Plaza Mall, as there are some others. I am very happy that they opened a healthy, vegan restaurant in this shopping mall. We liked what we ordered and service was great. There is also a “menu” option that includes appetizer, a main dish and juice for 18 soles.

La comida y el servicio muy bien en general, es la primera vez que vengo y me gusta mucho, aunque deberia haber mayor limpieza.

Lo mejor para veganos y tambien para los que no lo son. Muy buenos platos y el servicio excelente. He comido un sandwich club espectacular. La musica y el ambiente me gustaron. Lo recomiendo.
