Besides having a large array of organic produce, dairy and prepared items, they serve a great lunch. They serve great tasting tarts and fresh salads (my favorite is their cous-cous). I have eaten their Veggie Burger and their sweet potato burger which are not only filling but when served with a side-salad, are a perfect lunch. They have special offers each week day and the staff is one of the friendliest I've encountered in Queretaro.
