Everything very good this hotel very friendly staff and very clean the hotel .. The bad thing that has no elevator and it is very tired being up and down. The beds are not so comfortable .. The area of the hotel is the best although it is not very far

Nice food. Service is a little bit slow. The place is safe and clean.

The service is bad. The food was fine we order also pina colada that its taste was like that of vomit and even though we did not drink from it except for one sip and we told the waiter that it was really bad he simply replied that it has already come out and charged us in full. It must be said that this is not a the service experience I had in Guatemala.
