Excellent food at this cafe/bar/restaurant. There were many locals which is always a good sign. The brown shrimps are delicious, the octopus was tender, tasty and well served. The chocolate mousse one of the best I have had in long time, not too sweet and perfect with an expresso. The service is polite, friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back next time we're in Santarem.
