A unique culinary experience. It is really a fusion between local good and Asian foods. The decoration is simple, but curated to detail. Even the utensils are a fusion. Here are some photos. I would really recommend the keviche and rice. I know I'll think about these plates

Thank you for having us! This restaurant is great. The food and interpretation of the dishes is best. The wine selection is also very good and friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our dinner! Need a reservation, but it is worth it!

Fantastic menu. The Zamburinas are simply stunning. To finish the apple cake was the best I cost. If you want an experience and a unique menu, this is the place to go. Great service also from our waitress.

FUSION CUISINE AT ITS BEST. Daría combines creative influences from all over the world, such as Spanish, French, Japanese and Peruvian. The menu is eclectic, but coherent. All we ordered was excellent. My personal favorite was the huevo frito crujiente: a fried egg, baked and fried, then served with a truffle fermenter and a mushroom duxelle. The presentation of the dishes is beautiful, like the restaurant interior design. Expect to spend around €35 per person. Daría is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Santander.

It was amazing! The service is perfect, the food is amazing and original and prices are really honest. I recommend this place without no doubt. Maybe think about doing a reservation before.
