Bidra med feedbackGood service, food not so good. Despite being very clear about the cooking of a child's burger it came burnt on the outside, very undercooked inside. Found ravioli to be poorly prepared as well.. Spaghetti and meatballs was decent, but would not return for it. Either an off night in the kitchen or this place has gone downhill.
We were a last minute party of 10 and we were seated in a matter of minutes. Everyone said their dinner choices were delicious. My only disappointment was that they were out of ravioli. Our server, Shellie, was super!
I used to eat here a lot when I lived down the street and always loved it but went back recently and was disappointed. First disappointment was that they no longer have a veggie burger on the menu not that big of deal since they have lots of vegetarian pasta and pizza options but still sad to see it gone. My biggest complaint however was the slow service. It took almost one hour for our party to be served our entrees. We had a 3 year old with us and he became bored and cranky during the long wait for his food. There were maybe 3 other parties in the restaurant at the time (early evening) and two waitresses (who were great) so I really don't understand why it took SO LONG to get our food. I was embarrassed that I had recommended this place to my friend who had never been there before and probably won't be going back any time soon.
Every Sunday we have dinner here, but never again. There was a hair in my bread stick, had chicken Picata with over cooked soggy watery noodles. Just awful. Your old cook was great, don't know what happened to him. But you lost a great chef. Sorry Dan but food was awful. We usually eat with 6 friends and spend good money. WON'T BE BACK. One star for waitress, she was nice.
Good food but...not much atmosphere in the West College location. The help is consistently nice though, and I usually order pizzas out and pick them up to take home. But the dining experience inside this location is not so pleasant due to the sterile atmosphere of the restaurant itself. It lacks the warmth of a traditional Italian place.
