HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The employee was more focused on asking me random questions than making my sandwich. It was supposed to be a hot sandwich, I took a bite as soon as I got it, it wasn't hot or even warm. The ingredients were not spread evenly, (Spinach on one side and cucumbers and onions on the other, Not The way I ordered it at all). The ends of the bread are hard as a rock. The employee only used one glove and consistently touched the food and the handles of things with the ungloved hand. I am almost positive this Subway is a bacteria breeding ground. Save yourself! do not go here.
The employees working told me that all of their bread was gluten free when I asked if they had a gluten free option. Having someone in my family that has a gluten allergy. This is dangerous for employees to be telling customers these types of things. Luckily I knew better.
The lady making my sandwich messed up my order. I told her what I wanted and she completely did her own thing. On top of that I couldn’t understand a word she was saying. Horrible service would not recommend.
Extremely dissatisfied. Not only did the one employee in the entire store try to rush our order the whole time, she blatantly ignored several questions I had for the sake of rushing our order. And when I asked her to remake my mother 's sandwich (the bread was so crusty it disintegrated as she grabbed it) she refused to do so, claiming that all the bread is like that when my bread was perfectly fine. Even after giving us our refund on that sandwich she immediately got on her phone afterwards. On her phone right in front of the customers. I hope nobody gets the displeasure of having her as their cashier because she was absolutely awful, and this is coming from someone who WORKS in the fast food industry.
