Little Caesars Pizza - Santa Rosa

This place hits it out of the park. Awesome service and food, definitely my choice for phone ahead quick lunch that feeds multiple people. My favorite is the Detroit double deep stuffed Hawaiian with jalapeno and extra cheese. WOW! Excellent.

They're quick I'll say that much. The garlic bread sticks are to die for.

I had the most unpleasant experience while trying to call in an order. I wasn’t actually ordering food for myself but for the children of a friend of mine who was recovering from a medical problem. When I called, I was trying to confirm the location by asking, “Is this the lil Caesar’s near the Arco.” I’m sure many of us have ordered from the wrong location at least once. The woman answering the refused to confirm the location and instead kept saying, “HOW CAN I HELP YOU??” At first, I thought she couldn’t hear me but as I repeated the question, her “HOW CAN I HELP YOU” was getting louder and more and more rude. Eventually, I just ordered what the kids requested but if it were my pizza, I would’ve just hung up and chosen to eat somewhere else. The receipt said the name Elvia P. on it.

I've never had an issue with this location even when they get busy! Safe to say, they have a manager that cares!

The boy with the slurred words and cross dangly earrings was supper rude and looked like he hated his job and it was very to hear what he was saying sounded like he was drunk the back/kitchen looked very dirty do not recommend this place
