Bidra med feedbackThe upscale dining room with beautiful terrace. Prices are expensive. But the food is delicious. The venison, osso bucco and ribs were very delicate and well prepared. The cheesecake and the chocolate dessert were on the spot. Our waiter also treated us with free brownie bites at the end of our stay. Really good experience.
We had a delicious dinner at John Ash! Variety of options for whatever you'd like including vegan choices and helpful staff. The cocktail list was a mix of traditional and fun. Everything was fresh and very tasty
Outstanding food and awesome service! We really enjoyed our dinner at John Ash Co. The setting is beautiful and our waitress was excellent. We had the Hog Island oysters, gulf prawns and sea scallops, and the salmon special. All were excellent and well prepared. Highly recommended!
Been here dozens of times since the grand opening 25 or 30 years ago and had another 5 star experience dining here again, but I must mention Thomas their Mixologist and I would assume their bar manager if one of the best bars ambiance and quality of local products used to create signature craft cocktails that rock and make you glad you came here. The food was again superb and perfectly prepared from the oysters, to the salads to the Rack of Lamb with a finely crafted dessert of cheesecake with fresh fig garnish and Ilalian Espresso. Even though we thought we were let down by not getting into the fine dining area since they were fully booked, we concluded it was the best experience with Thomas at his Magnificently ran bar lounge. I recommend you go and purposefully sit their instead of the fancy room if Thomas is there. That's what we'll be doing during out next certain visit. Thanks Thomas!
I love the ambience and service here. Food is very good but not my-head-is-spinning-cant-wait-to-go-back. Calamari starter good, but accompanying dipping sauce spicy! My friend had shrimp, again very spicy. I just think sometimes chefs try too hard, rather than making the ingredients stand for themselves. Bar is super cool, and bartender Matt B. Made me a great gin martinis.
