Duke's Spirited Cocktails - Santa Rosa

We tried Duke for the first time yesterday on recommendation. We were not disappointed! The food was beyond typical bar food and the drinks were fantastic! I highly recommend asking for drinks, including the Duke Julius. Laura and Tara were great! I was happy. We often come back! Here... Fools Paradise! It just looks tame. Each piece of passion fruit is shown in this refreshing tequila cocktail.

The drinks are always amazing and unique. Their staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is very nice (you'll never find a more comfortable bar stool). Plus they're stocked with amazing liquor which makes their drinks all the tastier. If you're in downtown Healdsburg and you're looking for a fantastic cocktail, go to Duke's! Pictured is the Double Hernia, a vodka based drink that was very delicious and left me wanting more!!!

I counted at least 5 bouncers, keeping it safe and fun. Awesome music, bar service is amazing for a place so packed.

After the wonderful experience at the Matheson, we decided to go in to Duke's, what a mistake. Communicating with the bartender was difficult to say the least. I finally had to ask if they would turn the music down because you couldn't even hear the person next to yourt was This was a Wednesday night, there were three people in there besides ourselves.. I was anxious to leave so we ended up going to Willy's seafood, which was wonderful. I will not recommend your business to anyone... It was like an attempt to replaceJohn and Zeke which of course is gone downhill. It's funny I realize on the weekends their geared to the younger crowd, this was not the weekend!!

Last night my husband and I drove to Healdsburg (about 30 min drive). My husband was wearing a Raiders hat. They told him he could not go in unless he took it off. He is black. There was a white man inside with a 49ers hat on. I asked for an explanation and they said the rule decreases gang activity. My husband is 52 and was wearing NOTHING to resemble gang attire. He's just a guy who likes the Raiders. This is racism at its finest. I am currently researching how to take action. This was so blatant that this establishment needs to be held accountable.
