Cold Stone Creamery - Santa Rosa

Waited in line for half an hour for a single scoop poorly made bowl of mess. The Coldstone workers clearly don’t want to work here. Two long haired men were the only two in the store and they were both horribly slow and bad at their job. Even if they were understaffed there was no communication to a full lobby of customers. Legit Rude people won’t be coming back .

Place is always busy and workers definitely in a bad mood. Dude with the fake red hair just ignores you at the register making it awkward when I an trying to be polite and wait for him to help me rather than interrupt just to give them the name I'm picking up for. Definitely not good customer service vibes.

One day I went to pick up my order and I order the banana caramel crunch but this new guy did the ice cream he didn’t put the banana and he didn’t tell me they were out of stock or something we found out when we arrived at home! He has a bad attitude and he didn’t mix the ice cream accurately. He doesn’t answer when someone asks a question to him.

Used to love coming here as a child, but now its a drag to come here. Waited in line for 30 minutes. Observed the employees and customers. Both were grumpy, including myself. This place is too busy and there aren't enough employees. You can immediately feel the bad vibe when walking into the store. When customers order their ice cream, they are given the death stare by the employees. My milkshake was super runny, not creamy like advertised. Once a customer got their ice cream they had to wait at the register for another 5 minutes while their ice cream melts (literally happened to every customer). I waited at the register for 5 minutes to pay. STOP TAKING DOORDASH ORDERS IF YOU CAN'T EVEN HELP THE IN STORE CUSTOMERS.
