Bidra med feedback1st time visitor. My wife and I stopped in for lunch; we knew it had recently opened and wanted to try it out (we'd never been to a Waba Grill. First impression was good. It's new so everything was clean. Parking lot was clean although a little confusing as you turn off the street (there's a ton of parking in the rear. We ordered our meals and waited for them to be prepared. My wife ordered the chicken vegetable bowl and I ordered the Waba rice bowl. They got my order wrong they gave me a Waba vegetable instead. No big deal, it came with veggies. One thing I wasn't a fan of was the sauce they drizzle on the food. It's a soy sauce glaze and I'm not a big soy sauce fan they should ask if you want it on the food or as a side. My wife noticed that the only utensils they had were plastic forks but that the veggies eere big enough where she would have like a fork to cut them up. We both wondered what the kid's meals would be like if the veggies were too big. The food itself was really fresh, the carrots, broccoli and cabbage crunchy. Both the chicken and steak were lean. Overall it was a good experience and we'll try it again.
The staff was friendly at the beginning and they freaked out on me because I said, and I quote what the fudge when I found out they had no bathroom. I was forbidden to go for no obvious reason. Wouldn't recommend.
5/28/22. I have the spicy Asian chicken salad. minni vegetables and a side of the gurke, edamame, each product was very good, the young man and the dame at the theke were very nice and professional.
11/10 would recommend this location if you were in the area! The staff was so polite and accommodating as I waited for a great order (12 orders with all kinds of food restrictions) and not only the foods ready when I arrived (8 min drive from the place of our shooting on a film), but they separated accordingly. Thank you for all, thank you Waba Grill Team on Harvard!
The staff was a little out when I went to order, I would like to think it was a new employee. I try to sell the Teriyaki sauce and Sriracha in a small cup instead of giving me the ones they have in small packages that are free. ????? I have also upgraded to salad and fruit and it is not worth it. Don't do it! All they added was green salad that was bitter and half an orange that looked like he was cut the day before and I had to throw away. My husband got the vegetables and they were a little hard, but they were better than the salad.
