The Good Nutrition - Santa Paula

We used to frequent this restaurant when it was Familia Diaz. We visited a couple of times after it changed ownership and were disappointed. We decided to give it one more try today and were we ever impressed! Great food, possibly the best guacamole we've ever had at any restaurant. Even the rice and beans were fantastic! Great, homemade tortilla chips. Can't recommend it highly enough!

This used to be a better than average Mexican restaurant, but that was 20 years ago. It's not awful or anything, it's just average. What a shame.

This restaurant is a historic landmark. Owned by the Diaz Family for many generations, it had just recently changed ownership. We used to eat there often and were nervous to try the menu under the new owners. It was still delicious! The serving staff is mostly young adults and they are very polite and professional. My favorite is still the Chili Verde and their flan is so good too! Haven’t tried their Sunday Brunch yet but can’t wait to.
