Mcdonald's - Santa Paula

Hamburgers tasted different. Liked them better. Less salty.

I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal. Food was very sloppily put together and was falling apart when I opened it up. ketchup was everywhere even on the outside of the wrapper. Customer service was very good otherwise.

They are like zombies when you like them for help and bath atitude they,re always are forgeting napkins or straw, ketchup or something else not good

I go 2-3 times a week Monday thru Thursday and the girl woman on headset knows her stuff .always greeted with a good morning.More should be like her

I waited 20 minutes at curbside for my order after placing it. When I finally got it, items were missing and food was cold. I used the app and it would’ve been faster to use the drive thru- especially since it was empty. Why has McDonald’s gotten so bad? They charge top dollar but never get my orders right.
