Bidra med feedbackBe careful when ordering the Yoshinoya app. I picked up my order and it looked like someone looked at it and was old. If I asked the manager if I could have a fresh one, she told me to go and talk to business myself. I went out and left my whole order back. No food, $40 and the feeling of being insulted. Rose, who is the manager, had the worst attitude and zero customer service skills. The cashier Stacey tried to fix the problem, but was stopped by her manager. Enter Stacey's leadership position. She is more willing to help, but clearly had her hands tied by a manager who had a terrible attitude.
We got the two item combo with noodles, vegetables, chicken and one of the beef options. We had high hopes with the new noodles. They were tasty but one of the beef options had major amounts of skin and fat instead of actual beef, like a good 25% of it and the chicken was supposed to be skinless and it had skin on it. We also requested extra teriyaki sauce in which we paid the extra 70 something cents but never received it. The noodle option is much better than the just the plain rice and the teriyaki sauce is delicious. Maybe next time It will be a better experience. ?
Ordered through the app and got it delivered 10 mins before scheduled time. Food was good (Original beef and orange chicken), but not great. Sizes were good as well (regular Bowl) one bowl is enough for one meal. Can?t complain.
My kids are the ones who like to come here so I let them rate it. The customers service is pleasant, the restrooms were clean, music is ok, and the food good. Reasonably priced for $10 two large bowls.
Why Yoshinoya? Because the tableware for food is very environmental friendly, not the plastic products that cause pollution to the environment, the main taste is good Oh!
