Yangtze - Santa Monica

Conveniently located on the 3rd Street Promenade, Yangtze provides good food at reasonable prices. One of the few restaurants that successfully fuse decent Chinese food with decent sushi, it is a good place to eat for small to medium sized parties.

You would think with their extensive menu of different types of Asian food, it would be bad, but it’s generally decent food with decent prices. I like the Korean Sesame BBQ. It comes with Kim Chee. I also like the Shrimp and Vegetables Tempura and the Chicken Lo Mein. I didn’t like the Chicken Bao, which were two steamed buns filled with chicken, mushrooms and other things. Great price and lots to choose from.
