Wetzel's Pretzels - Santa Monica

Had a bad vibe from the beginning, no activity on the promenade, not a lot of pretzels in the case, but I thought what the heck. Got a pepperoni/halopino Wetzel pretzel and got exactly what I deserved for rolling the dice. This thing tasted like it had been soaking in a dish of grease since the morning, absolutely disgusting. I tried to eat it but after about eating a quarter of this thing I decided I can't do this to myself. I wonder, is Wetzel pretzels trying to go out of business? Never again...

I have always liked Wetzels pretzels, and I was so excited that there was one on the Promenade. I have come here 3 times, and had awful service each time. The first 2 times, the employees were very short and cold. Today, there were 2 young ladies working. One did not have a mask on, and was loud and cussing. The other that served me was also cussing. I am NEVER going to this location again. I can not believe that these employees are allowed to be like this, and represent this delicious pretzel company.

This is a family and budget friendly snack. The staff are courteous. My daughter's favorite is the Wetzel's Bites with cream cheese.

We love the freshly made almond prezels with caramel syrup. Its a very satisfying treat.

Very bad service. I went there on December 4 and I ask for a pepperoni jalapeño pretzel. The girl that was working at second register got my order the pretzel looked kind a burn and ask her for a fresh pretzel and she said that that it would take 30 minutos to an hour for it. I said no thank you. I just need my money back. And she Oslo said that it would take more then an hour because the girl who cooks would have to go to break. That was the bad they I left with out pretzel and with out money. Very bad service. So bad so bad
