Bidra med feedbackNice to finally find a fast restaurant that does not serve so fat eating. I had the banzai burrito with brown rice. very good and filling. nice that I have the opportunity to add brown rice instead of normal white rice. also they can choose for tofu, fish, bark, pig, **** and garnel, so also the non-Vegs can choose what they like. pity that there is no restaurant in san francisco if I would visit wahoos again!
While it may seem like another taco and burrito restaurant, this Wahoo site creates an alternative feeling, probably due to its alternating / despair / relaxed dude decoration with many random stickers (on chairs, tables, walls). I keep running past this place and stopped in a few times. here's my Wahoo review. the menu is surprisingly vegetarian friendly, although I am aware that it is all the same grill for the meat of veg. but if I eat at NON-veg sites, I must overlook that. the eating is in order, good enough, and the feeling is more covered and earthier than the taco/burrito chain restaurants like baja fresh or la salsa. vegheads can get more than just rice and beans for their filling. grilled vegetables and marinated tofu are the other veg options.
The black beans, brown rice and tofu are vegan, no other rice is vegan, they contain butter. they can put these articles with salsa, salat, tomato in a bowl, envelope, mais tortilla or salat leaf.
I am glad to have found a fast food restaurant that offers healthier options. I ordered the Banzai Burrito with brown rice and found it to be very tasty and satisfying. I appreciate the option to choose brown rice over white rice and the variety of protein options available, including tofu, fish, beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp. It is disappointing that there is no Wahoos restaurant in San Francisco, as I would definitely visit again.
Even though it may appear to be just another taco and burrito spot, the Wahoo's location offers a unique vibe with its surfer-inspired, relaxed decor adorned with various stickers on chairs, tables, and walls. I frequently pass by this place and have stopped in a few times. In my Wahoo's review, I found that the menu surprisingly caters to vegetarians, although I understand that the same grill is used for both meat and veg options. Despite this, the food is tasty and the atmosphere feels more cozy and grounded compared to other chain restaurants like Baja Fresh or La Salsa. Vegetarians can enjoy more than just rice and beans as fillings at Wahoo's, with options like grilled vegetables and marinated tofu available.
