Seaside On The Pier - Santa Monica

We came to Santa Monica Pier to meet my niece and her boyfriend from Sacramento. After walking on the pier and being in the water we needed to eat. My niece's boyfriend chose this place. Three of us ordered the fish and chips. We thought the fish and chips were good. My son ordered a burger and he loved it. It's very hard to please him because he's super picky. So that's a good thing. Here's what I don't understand. My niece ordered salmon that came with cilantro rice and green beans. The green beans looked like it was untouched. She hardly ate much salmon but the cilantro rice was eaten up. Maybe the salmon and green beans weren't that good and she didn't care for packing it to go. I understand why she ate up the cilantro rice. I had to agree the cilantro rice was really good because I ordered a side. Overall it was a nice experience. I have an autistic son so there was a speed bump with behaviors. The staff were really good about it when out of no where we had to switch table to one with a booth seat. I was reading the reviews after I ate here and I didn't know they have rooftop dining. That would have been nice.

Took my mom here for lunch and let me say everything was amazing. The server, Maria and manager Artie were very attentive and friendly. I ordered the blackened Mahi sandwich and salmon--we were extremely satisfied with our flavorful choices. We will be back VERY soon!

Loved it here!! The best service! The best food and drinks! The view also was amazing!! Jose and chef Dave were amazing too!! Love that they make you feel welcomed and at home in a busy town!
