Jinya Ramen - Santa Monica

Food was delicious, with 2 smaller slices of pork but I think it was enough and the egg was perfectly soft boiled. The one thing that was awful is that they didnt send me a spoon and Im at a hotel...

Delivery Jinya Chicken Ramen and Tonkotsu Spicy were so good! Fresh, quality ingredients, amazing broths, tender meat, and packaged well for delivery.

They gave my order to someone else... more than once. Turning a 45 minute request into a 2+ hour ordeal. I order via doordash several times a week and this just never happens, yet this place has done it multiple times. Not the end of the world but very inconvenient and adds another hour to each messed up order. The ramen is good if you actually get it.

1) My order arrived 20 mins late 2) My food (ramen) was FREEZING and had to be reheated (not the same as fresh, which is what I paid for) 3) A robot delivered my food to the wrong address 4) I TIPPED a robot not sure who actually got that money but this is not right

Broth is a little too salty but otherwise savory. Also did not like that there was no labels on the broth so could not tell which one was which. Crispy chicken (karaage) was really delish!
