Loading is the best! And the roast chicken sandwich is delicious! This place is a Santa Monica clamp. Delicious food and excellent service. Staff are so personal and attentive. You get the neighborhood bar feel in the heart of a tourist city. I didn't go until the day, but I'll try to go for dinner one night

I was there... very often. At that time I worked at the old Surf Rider Inn and had an apartment right across. I was young, single and loved to be there. We regulars had the wonderful (sometimes slurry) time! Jay was always friendly and patient and never forgot a name. I am now 80 and very happy to see that his place is still in operation.
