Most pizzeria in Bantayan have no clue about the dough, thus they are over topping the pizza with cheap cheese to try to hide their bad dough.. That 's not the case in Pizzeria La filomina, they got a good recipe for the dough, and .... a good oven using wood. Thus you got good pizza in the nearest Italian style (more topping especially on the edge would have been better, but... nobody is perfect) The atmosphere is not the best, it 's not bad though, but that 's okey as the service is good. In the end that 's the only pizzas in Bantayan that are pizzas made with a real pizza dough and not some type of whatever some restaurant call it pizza dough .

I ate the ghoccni pasta which is good. If you come to bantayan and don’t know what to eat,then I will suggest you give this store a chance.
If you like authentic Neopolitan thin crust pizza, then check this place out!!! Don't let the appearance fool you, pizza was legit delicious. Had the Margarita Pepperoni, both were great!!! Went there 2 nights in a row. Will go again whenever in Bantayan Service: Dine in
