Ihop - Santa Fe

My experience at yhe IHOP location on Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe was outstanding!!! The gentleman that helped me with my order was cordial and extremely pleasant as I spoke Spanish to him as I told him of my story playing professional baseball in all of Mexico I picked both the eggs Benedict breakfast along w blueberry pancakes. I can't wait to return back there as the food along with the personal service was extraordinary. Thank you making my breakfast meal an unforgettable one. Best regards, J. Rodney Tafoya

A Delightful experience! As always, IHOP delivers a great value for the money! We went in for breakfast around 7:45. I ordered the Belgian Waffle Combo with eggs over easy, bacon and hash browns. Even though I saved the waffle for last, it was light and still crisp! The eggs were perfect and the bacon nice and crisp. and the hash brown potatoes had just the right amount of crunch. My partner had the Eggs Benedict. They were very good. Even covered in eggs and veggies and sauce, the English muffin was also wonderfully crisp! Our server, Gilbert was friendly and attentive and the coffee was excellent. While they had several different sugar substitutes, they did not have Stevia, but overall that was a very minor thing. The ambience was quiet and friendly. The restaurant is situated on a busy street (Cerrillos) but was still quite peaceful and bright. Parking was easy. Overall the service and meal were well worth the price (Under$38.00 for two people) and our expectations for a pleasant breakfast were fulfilled!

My family and I presented to IHOP for breakfast. It was not crowded and there was only one person waiting to pay. The hostesses cashes put the other customer and never spoke to us. She then walked back to the kitchen and began handing out orders. We sat in the empty lobby for 5 minutes and were never even acknowledged. There were plenty ty of waitresses, but none bothered to come help us. We were very disappointed, but obviously would not spend our money in place that blatantly ignored my family. We left without eating.

I would like to leave a 5-star review for Valerie the hostess. She has a lot of customer service experience she made us feel welcomed even though we had two naughty kids with us. This girl definitely deserves a raise.

Love this location! Foods on point and served in a timely manner and all at the same time! Wow that explains the crowd!
