Out at Santa Fe Brewing Company's new Spot The Bridge and the food smelled really good. Extensive menu for El Sabor. I have chickenfajita plates and it was brilliant! Best Fajitas I've ever had in New Mexico! Mucho gusto. Keep up the great food, service and price. Where you go, I'll be there.

Chef Ever Paz (former head chef of Santa Fe's historic restaurant El Farol) offers its customers at its bright red El Sabor Spanish Tapas Food Truck on 518 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, at the intersection of Paseo de Peralta (right opposite Kanes neighborhood grocery and capital coffee). Ever and his wife are both from Central America and bring authentic Latin American Spanish cuisine with quality and flair awaits you in a beautiful restaurant. Since my first visit here, over a year ago, El Sabor is my favorite food truck and favorite restaurant as well. Other patrons must agree because El Sabor became one of the top rated Santa Fe food trucks within months of the opening. Always and his wife Anna are gracious hosts. My favorites are their ribeye spits, shrimp tacos, pastrami reuben (deformed) and their chicken tortilla soup-loaded with chicken, tortilla, veggies, and fresh avocado (deformed). Had lunch at Tapas y Masss for the first time. FABULOUS. I highly recommend this food truck. The portions are generous and prices reasonable. The food could not be better.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Was accidentally overcharged and the lady running the stand came out to reimburse us. Very appreciative of that.

This is my Taco Tuesday place to eat, and it doesn't have to be Tuesday. I also love Mr. Polnischer Hot Dog. Always friendly and always busy, as early as lunch.
