Bidra med feedbackAmazing food, flavors and the service! Wow. Everyone on the staff was friendly and went above and beyond. We started with the pork belly and it was beyond delicious. My husband had the elk and I had the lobster tagliatelle and both were phenomenal. All aspects including flavors and service made this experience beyond memorable and we will definitely be back. The food and service definitely rival that of a 1 star Michelin restaurant and was better than another establishment in Santa Fe under a James Beard award winning chef. Let me also say, we didn’t have a reservation for the night that we wanted… they may have been booked, but were able to accommodate us at the last minute and we are surely glad they did.
Such a chill rooftop spot for a Saturday night if you are visiting Santa Fe. Great bartenders and quick wait time. We only had a few drinks and I will say they were great and the price was right. Will definitely come back and try the food.
Truly excellent. My girlfriend and I started off hanging out at the Rooftop Cantina where we had amazing craft cocktails, enjoyed a fun New Mexico atmosphere and had great conversations with the bartender Geraldo. This place alone was 5/5. Then it was all followed up by the Coyote Cafe… Pretty sure this was the best meal I’d ever had. After hearing about the Elk, this dish left nothing on the table. This was better than the most amazing ribeye you can think of. I can honestly say I had the best margarita anyone could imagine. I indulged with 2 of them during dinner they were that good. Lastly, after being totally stuffed, the GM came by with some eggnog espresso shots that completely knocked it out of the park. Ask for them when you’re here for desert and be amazed. Our server Karla was extremely awesome as well I have to say. I’m coming back here a few more times without a doubt. I diagnose myself with a food coma in the mean time.
Very good, only would suggest a few changes..the elk and sides were barely warm and could have used much more pepper…maybe a green pepper corn? The prawn were spot on and the sphere was very nice…could be improved by a small hot sauce to melt the sphere rather than a break with the spoon. Good service, very nice staff.
We had dinner here last night celebrating my wife’s Birthday! From the host finding us a “better” table (actually a cozy booth), to the manager bussing tables, to our waiter Carlos gifting us dessert, the food and the service was incredible! It’s very rare to find a restaurant staff was such attentiveness. If you’re looking for great food, a staff that works in concert, and satisfaction overall, get to the Coyote Cafe soon!
